2010 Special $650 - $350, non-refundable down payment is due at time of website request. For customer convenience, payments can be made online using credit and debit cards. An additional $15 fee will be assessed and should be included in the money order total. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks at this time.

Balance of $300 is due within 3 business days even if total content has not been submitted. Subsequent content will be added as part of monthly maintenance with previously contracted materials incurring no further costs.

It is the clients responsibility to submit all website content, (text, graphics, video, etc...), on the day of down payment and contract agreement. Projects will not be accepted without it. However, if only a portion of the content is available at the time of contract agreement, client must still pay down payment, and agree to pay balance no later than the 3rd day after, with the understanding that subsequent materials will be added in conjunction with the monthly maintenance and will incur no additional costs as long as it coincides with contract agreement.

TGL will do all within its power to work to both client and TGL's best interest in the completion of contracts as agreed. However, if client's end of agreement is not met with regards to presenting web content in a timely manner, or not making payment balance within the 3 day timeframe, or as agreed per contract, TGL reserves the right to discontinue project due to breech of contract.

Client may not withhold final payment under any circumstances other than TGL not completing project up to the measure of materials submitted upon contract agreement and down payment. If slight changes are warranted, or any other matter of concern arises other than project not being completed as contracted, or in a timely manner thereafter, client is still responsible for making final payment on time and in full.

Websites will not be made visible to the public until final payment is made.

Graphics should be submitted on CD and be website ready.

PLEASE NOTE: For Deluxe version of 2010 Special, total cost is $850. Deposit is $500, (non-refundable). Balance of $350 due within 5 business days following down payment.

Desktop Publishing

All contracts for projects are secured by a down payment of no less than 1/2 the total cost which can be determined by adding up the services and products desired. Please note that the down payment is "non-refundable" and, under no circumstances can it be returned as it is only a partial payment towards the work that has, will, or needs to be done. Due to our extremely low, affordable rates, rarely does the down payment cover cost, or materials of one third of the total project based on the commercial rates which I've chosen not to charge my valued customers.

If you're working with an extremely tight budget, determine the services you'll need, then email TGL your desired price along with a detailed list. Include timeframe for project completion and delivery. As no reasonable offer will be refused, we suggest you research a few company's prices prior to quote submission.

TGL uses PayPal as the payment processor of choice for all online transactions. PayPal accepts credit and debit cards with the VISA or Master Card logo.

Cash option is extended to persons within the greater Milwaukee and surrounding area who will be paying in person. An invoice detailing the total paid and balance owed, if any, will serve as customer receipt. In lieu of the risks involved, we do not encourage anyone to send cash via mail, but in fact, discourage such practices and accept no responsibilities for monies lost should customer decide to do so.

Materials to include website content files, graphics, CDs, etc... should be submitted at time of service request. However, to get your project started and completed in a timely manner, send as much information as you have and forward the remaining materials as soon after as possible. Please note our 3 - 5 day turnaround begins upon receipt of all previously discussed project materials. If agreed upon content needs to be added after payment is received, TGL  will be happy to do so as part of our FREE, discounted, or paid maintenance perk and at no additional cost to client.

Desktop Publishing

To keep the cost of website design and implementation low, TGL must be contracted to perform maintenance on ALL sites we create under the "Specials" prices for no less than one year after completion. TGL charges the lowest rate around at only $50 per month.

Clients who are not taking advantage of our Website Specials and wish to maintain their own sites can certainly do so by purchasing one of our basic to advanced website design services which begin as low as $850. TGL will also provide a single training session of up to 2hrs on the maintenance of our Frontpage website for a nominal fee of only $150. This includes a class size of up to 3 persons in a single, group session. If you prefer a more hands-on approach, this service can be provided for 1 individual at the same rate.

Client option for self maintenance is done so with the understanding that TGL designs are custom (not templates) and, therefore, are not bound to template type specifics. TGL is not responsible for any costs, time, etc... incurred, nor reconstruction desired if client elects to alter design.

TGL website designs are not for 'resale' and persons utilizing them for such will be prosecuted according to applicable law. All graphics, custom and otherwise, not supplied by client are property of TGL and, therefore, not allowed for use other than on client's initial website. Transfer of website negates all authorized use of TGL graphics.

If client opts for self maintenance after fulfilling the 1st year contract required for all Website Specials, all maintenance and related perks by TGL, and/or responsibilities become void. Client accepts full responsibility in all regards as TGL will no longer have access to perform such, nor responsibility of repair should the need arise.

In the case of clients seeking a dedicated server, and, therefore, their own webhosting source while using TGL's maintenance services, TGL accepts payments for website hosting in yearly increments payable at time of contract and, thereafter, any date prior to current contract's end.

In the case of FREE web hosting by TGL, unless contract stipulates otherwise by previous agreement between TGL and client, this perk is for the 1st year of website services only to include the first 12 consecutive months beginning on the day of contract. Respectfully, TGL reserves the right to offer free hosting for the life of the website as long as TGL is contracted to perform all maintenance.

FREE domains last for a single year to include 12 consecutive months beginning with date of contract. Client's wishing to move their domain before, or after the domain's expiration will incur a cost of $25 with no regard to contract start or end. Clients wishing to secure domain registration for more than one year will incur the cost of $25 per year.

Renewal of domain names incur a cost of $25 yearly. TGL will handle renewals upon payment. TGL will notify clients of upcoming renewals, however, client should expect renewals and fees every 12 months and should be aware of such with, or without notice.

Domain names that are not renewed will result in the website no longer being active. If this is not rectified within a reasonable amount of time at TGL's discretion, websites may be removed from our servers and contract voided due to client's failure to operate as agreed.

Each website purchase gives client up to 20 email accounts at 500MB each.

If larger capacity is required, an unlimited number of 2GB accounts can be purchased at $10/yr. Of course, client is not bound to the use of TGL email accounts free, or otherwise. They are offered simply as a courtesy for those who may find them of value.

Free email account offer lasts for up to one year following website purchase. However, email accounts already in use remain the property of the client as long as TGL is providing hosting and maintenance on purchased website.

Online stores enhance websites and increase visitors. TGL can add a store to client websites for the selling of as few as one, or two products to as many as several hundred. In addition to the initial, website costs, TGL will add client products at $35 each with a one time set up fee of $75. For clients with only one product, we will forego the per product cost and charge only the one-time set-up fee of $75.

TGL can also design and incorporate an online store into client's existing website for a base rate of $550 for the first 25 products and $35 per product thereafter. This service includes the addition of client's product pictures, descriptions and design, or, if necessary, TGL can create a custom design and generate exciting, product descriptions. If client needs pictures of products, TGL will provide quality photography at a flat rate of only $145 for up to 50 individual products . This fee is for photography only. $35 per product fee applies to all products added to the website after the initial 25.

TGL forms are designed and created for use with our servers and forms processing services. Clients who elect to use their own servers and/or forms services relieves TGL of all responsibility and, in fact, assumes full responsibility for set-up, maintenance, and all other matters even if TGL provided the website on which the form is displayed.

TGL accepts no responsibility for information lost due to server malfunction, or other disaster, natural, or otherwise.

Design of custom graphic for implementation into website, or other use at only $135 base (non-refundable and due at time of contract) and $65 per hour thereafter not to exceed $650. This low price with capped ceiling is exceptionally advantageous to up and coming artists looking for top quality CD jacket artwork while operating on a restrictive budget, as well as website seekers who want that true, one-of-a-kind graphic that stands them out in a crowd. Total price includes up to 2 hours of consultation, proof reviews and up to 5 revisions of agreed upon design.

If a particular design is required with little room for variations, client must provide written specifications with well defined color preferences.

As colors differ from software to software and printer to printer, TGL not responsible for color variations beyond our control, or projects that differ slightly from requested design.

Note: TGL believes in customer satisfaction and will do all within our power to achieve such. However, in the rare case that a client is unsatisfied with out work, they will be refunded all monies upon return of all files, work, proofs and other TGL generated materials, with the exception of the initial, non-refundable, down payment.

Depending upon the deposit and scope of work completed, TGL reserves the right to allow qualifying client to keep and use all portions of project completed and submitted. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not to be assumed by client. Equally, TGL reserves the right to disallow such at our discretion and without recourse.

Use of unauthorized, or unreleased graphics, or other content will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of all applicable laws.

Logos created based on customer input $150. Designs provided by TGL at $250 with no additional, hourly rate. Complex design creations slightly higher. Determinations made before time of contract.

TGL submits client websites to a multitude of free search engines as a courtesy to alleviate client of this tedious, repetitious task. In lieu of such, TGL accepts no responsibility for client's placement within individual search engines and notes that client maintains the option to use 'pay' services to try and attain higher rankings in this regard. And, client maintains option to repeat submission process, monthly, or as is deemed necessary to try to attain highest non-paid ranking.

Clients who prefer higher level search engine optimization may receive professional SEO services at an additional cost to be determined at time of request.

TGL is not a certified FrontPage trainer and, therefore offers training for the purpose of teaching clients, or persons designated by client, how to maintain a website created and/or published via FrontPage only.

Questions and/or concerns addressed by TGL in regards to FrontPage, or any other aspect of website design, implementation, and/or overall computer skills, or other software programs, is done so out of experience gained through personal and/or professional use and should be regarded as no more, or less than such.

TGL will never - ever - place advertising banners on your website as a 'trade off' for free web hosting. Our web hosting is FREE for the life of the website as long as it is hosted by TGL and on TGL servers. There are no hidden agendas. Your website can stay totally banner free unlike most free hosting companies, or nickel-and-dimer deals. Of course, if you choose to do so, you may include advertisements to generate revenue. TGL can take care of this for a nominal fee.

Without exception... TGL websites include the following notation, or something to this effect, in the Footer (copyright area at bottom of each website page) which includes a link to TGL website:

  "The Graphics Lady" with our website address and/or instead of our email address.

(Adding Web Designer contact info and link is a normal and quite frequent occurrence for all web designers and can usually be found in the footer of all websites whether they are commercial, non-profit, etc. However, as some clients may be more accustomed to Web Designers linking to their email address, rather than their website, or a variety of different wordings, as a courtesy, TGL opted to add this notation. For the sake of our "No Advertisement" clause, this notation is not considered "advertisement" as it gives visitors direct access to web designer in the case of technical difficulties and for the purpose of notification of site problems such as pages not working, etc..., thereby substantially decreasing any downtime the site may incur.)

TGL reserves the right to change, update, delete, or otherwise modify any and all content of this website, both current and future, to include, but not be limited to, pricing, rates, fees, and the like thereof at any time and without notice.

TGL assumes neither responsibility, nor liability for loss in time, monies, materials, etc... due to client's access of control panel. This includes, but is not limited to: website files, graphics, media, and the like. Clients who opt to access the control panel, and/or authorize others on their behalf, do so at their own risk.

Control Panels provide access to the actual server upon which all client web files are kept. Therefore, it is TGL's primary back-up method of keeping files safe and out of harms way. While TGL also retains back-ups of client files and overall website design, the Control Panel is guaranteed to have the latest and therefore, approved version of the client's website.

In the case that client deletes, destroys, or otherwise corrupts files located on the server via their access to the Control Panel, or their allowance of others to do so be it negligence, or permissioned, or via contact with website server, and/or files within by any other means, TGL is in no way responsible and cannot be held liable for downtime, replacement, or even total loss of website project.

While TGL does all within our power to keep client information and web content safe, we cannot guarantee against acts of human, natural, or other disasters. In lieu of this fact, TGL suggests and encourages all clients to keep back-up files of ALL content submitted, and to NOT submit original files, but rather create and submit copies thereof.

Should website become unusable, or repairs necessary due to disruption by any means and by any hand other than that of TGL, or a direct representative thereof acting under TGL approval for said particular website and with TGL agreement and knowledge of representative's inclusion on project, client would incur repair and republication fees of no less than $250 and no more than 3/4 actual and total cost of website design and implementation. Upon discovery of necessary repairs, and/or instability of website, client will allow a timeframe of no less than 5 business days and no more than *15 business days for repairs and re-publication during which time TGL cannot be held liable, nor responsible for client loss of resources, time, etc... due to such.

* Based on TGL availability with respect to related and non-related activities and/or timeframes to include, but not be limited to other website projects current and future; outside projects such as desktop publishing, graphics projects, etc...; vacation time; other endeavors TGL, or otherwise. Availability is as deemed appropriate and reasonable by TGL.

In the case that client deletes, destroys, or otherwise corrupts files located on the server via their unauthorized access to the Control Panel, or their allowance of others to do so be it negligence, or permissioned, or via contact with website server, and/or files within by any other means, TGL is in no way responsible and cannot be held liable for downtime, replacement, or even total loss of website project.
